Piedad Rocio, also known as Rosie, contributed her Maiden name to the partnership and joined her husband Donald in their passion for design and architecture.

Rosie Lang | LEED AP BD+C
PRINCIPAL
Piedad Rocio Lang has a passion to practice Architecture and is principal at Diaz + Lang Architects. Rosie is actively involved in the design and construction of several multifamily and residential developments in South Florida. Her expertise includes master site planning, product development and interior architectural design. Her work includes the design, development and construction documentation for over 4,000 residential units and numerous commercial projects. In addition, she has pursued her own projects to renovate residential properties. Inspired to pursue her architectural career, Rosie first obtained her bachelor degree in architecture and urban design from her native Colombia, the experience when working for a real estate consulting firm, set her interest for residential design. Afterwards Rosie moved to Florida where she has developed her career and obtained her architectural license. Her exceptional design talent has enabled her to work with some of South Florida’s most prestigious developers. She is a LEED B+C accredited professional, and a member of AIA and ULI associate. With an ongoing interest to expand her career in the development field Rosie graduated at Nova Southeastern University with Master’s degree in Real Estate Development.
Donlad H. Lang | A.I.A., NCARB
PRINCIPAL
Donald Headdon Lang A.I.A. has extensive experience as an architect in the multi-family and residential product development sector of the architectural industry. He has designed over 100,000 living units in his career. Mr. Lang is licensed to practice architecture in Florida and Texas. Since becoming accredited in 1986, Mr. Lang has worked with many major developers throughout the country, including CalAtlantic Homes, Label & Company, Centex Homes, Minto Communities, Pulte Development Corporation, D. R. Horton Homes, Beazer Group and the Richman Group. From 1985 to 1992 Mr. Lang was a project manager, with the Martin Architectural Group, a national architectural firm based in Philadelphia specializing in planning, designing and documenting large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. Mr. Lang received his Bachelors of Architecture from Auburn University in 1983.
